Some of these shipments required significant fabrication activities, some just need to be cut to size or simply picked from our large in-stock inventory of lead products and some require valued added engineering services
Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricate CNC milling centers per customer provided blueprints, using AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: Delivered to their warehouse in Canada for future QC and assembly.
- Fabricate Lead sheet: 3mm (0.118″) x 0.50″ x 5.00″. Sold to a water treatment plant that uses the lead sheeting for water sample testing.
- Produce and deliver Magnum Lead balls: 2.6 mm diameter (#7) (.100″ dia.) 2,000# order. This electroplating company using the Nuclead lead shot as a type of lead anode material.
- Produce a large construction material order for a medical center in N Las Vegas, NV. The lead construction materials included: Lead Sheet Rock, 48.00″ x 96.00″: 1/32″ Lead Sheeting, Bonded for installation purposes only, to; 1/2″ sheet rock; Lead Sheet Rock, 48.00″ x 96.00″: 1/16″ Lead Sheeting, Bonded for installation purposes only, to; 1/2″ sheet rock; Lead Seam Filler Tape for Corners, Utility, Cut-outs &/or Flat seams: 1/32″ x 1.25″ x 50 lbs. spool.(Approx. 220’/spool); Lead screw shield(s), 1/32″; Lead Glass: Provided for customer prep &/or assembly.
12.00″ x 18.00″ x 8.5-9.5mm x 5/64″Le x 150kv; & Lead window frames: HM Steel welded borrowed Lite frame. Customer responsible for all prep, Hardware and assembly. Glass Size 12.00″ x 18.00″; x 4.875″ throat 1/16″ Lead lined. - Lead cast and ship: Nuclead brand Lead Diving weights. Nuclead shipped over 100# to a commercial Scuba Company in The Carolinas to be used to teach their customers how to Scuba Dive.
- Lead extrusion: Lead wire with 6% Antimony: 1/4″ Dia. x 50 lb. spools. Deliver to Plating house in Texas for lead anodes during plating operations.

- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: Approx.; Two 8′ lengths per 25# extruded). Min buy: 25#: “Type B” = Inside 90-degree corner cap; Per U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Historic Preservation Technical Procedures Code: #07656-01 & #765601S. Sold 2,000 3 to a large regional restoration firm for restoration of Oregon’s historical buildings and historical stone structures.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 11/16″ wide x 1/2″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: 60′) spool(s). “Type A” = Flat cap. Delivered to a masonry company in the northeast for stone flashing restoration.
- Saw and ship lead sheeting per AMS-7721, 6% antimony lead. Shipped to a machine shop in California for its own value-added services.
- Pick and ship from Nuclead in stock inventory: Lead Wool per QQ-C-40: Sold to an aviation firm in Texas for propeller maintenance.
- Pick and ship Lead Wool per QQ-C-40: Sold to an exporter in Florida. They plan on exporting to an overseas hanger for propeller maintenance.
- Pick and ship Lead sheet flashing: 1/16″ x 4.75″ x 291″, with “PSA” (Pressure Sensitive Adhesives). Sold to a builder’s hardware shop o Pennsylvania for resell to a general contractor with a special lead flashing application.
- Saw and deliver Lead Blocks: 1/4″ x 2.00″ x 12.00″. Sold to an aviation maintenance firm that will use the lead blocks for lead count weights in small wing spanned aircraft.
- Pick and ship Lead 6% antimony: 1/8″ x 36.00″ x 38.00″. Sold to a machine shop in California for its own value-added services.
- Pick and ship Pure lead Pig ingots, approx. 40#-70# ingots Per ASTM-B-29 >= 99.99% Pure Pb a must for this research laboratory in Missouri
