- Pour “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Sold to a Scientific Equipment supplier in New England for nuclear instrumentation protection.
- CNC machine to customer blueprints using in stock AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: 1/16″ x 48.25″ x 60.25″. Fabricate lead to specifications and sold to a defense contractor in Canada
- Cast Lead Elevator Weight: 0.75″ x 8.00″ x 35.625″ with (2) 1.25″ dia holes and (2) 1.00″ Slots. Part to be painted Gray or Black to protect. Sold to a national elevator company for lead counter weights for elevator lifts in Florida.
- Cast Square edges, Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Pour lead weight for a US Navy Contract and ship to their sub-contractor in California.
- Fabricate lead shielding using AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate. Nuclead to CNC Mill and CNC turn precision lead shielding for a government contractor in Canada. The lead items sold are fabricated to ISO 9001: 2015 standards and certified to customer supplied blueprints. The customer markets its products to the military, nuclear power, oil and gas, and industrial customers throughout the United States and internationally.
- Extrude lead x-ray shielding for a commercial door manufacturer in New York. This firm uses the lead for x-ray shielding around seams and utilities boxes to protect people and equipment.
- Laminate 0.020″ Lead foil with black vinyl laminated to one side and PSA with release paper on the other @ 1.50″ wide x 10′- 20′ long. Sold to a medical OEM, to lead is to be assembled as x-ray shielding for its products delivered to medical facilities worldwide.
- Fabricate lead molds and lead elevator weights per customer specifications. the lead sold was delivered to a company that is an American company that develops, manufactures, and markets elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and related equipment. The lead weights were preparing and delivered to a government facility for them to assemble the lead as required.
- Sold Lead foil: 0.005” x 1.00″ x 60′ (720.00″); Per Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab quality codes and blueprints. The lead Aerospace items have a Shelve life per specifications of 1 year. They are labeled and stored with individual sealed plastic with moisture desiccant to omit porosity.
