Custom Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricated and shipped extra wide lead flashing. Sold to a building distributor in Pittsburgh, PA
- Fabricated and shipped special thick flashing and sold to a construction contractor in Quincy, CA
- We fabricated molds, and pour special sized elevator lead counterweights; to certified four high speed elevators in a skyscraper in Boston, MA. Delivery had to be 1 week or less for nearly 10,000# of four different weights and molds. Nuclead and Sharp Mfg. got the job done for the closing with no issues.
- Nuclead fabricated and shipped 2,500# of 3/8″ diameter pure lead wire and sold to a medical equipment manufacture in Edinboro, PA. Items are to be used because lead is heavy and flexible and these properties are beneficial in their equipment.
- We fabricated 6% antimony lead anodes for a plating company in La Vergne, TN
- Fabricated and shipped lead based babbitt per ASTM #8; White Babbitt to be used as wiping solder for an Elevator maintenance company in South Boston, MA
- Fabricated and shipped special CNC machined items for an Aerospace manufacturer and shipped to an assembly company in Mississauga, ON. The items were fabricated out of AMS-7721 materials.
- Nuclead fabricated and shipped lead shielding, sold to an equipment manufacture in Saco, ME for radiation shielding
- Fabricated and shipped lead x-ray glass, and lead lined doors. Sold to a general contractor in Puerto Rico for a new radiation department at a local hospital.
- Fabricated and shipped lead shielding with PSA applied to one side. The PSA will adhere the lead shielding in areas that require protection of x-ray equipment for a municipality in Idaho.
- Fabricated and shipped lead shielding with Pressure sensitive tape applied to one side. Used to shield x-rays from a municipalities equipment in Lewiston, ID
- Fabricated and shipped 1.50″ and 2″ lead gutter outlets. Sold to a grounds keeper in Griswold, CT
- Fabricated and shipped special large pure lead flat washers for Valve Service and Overhaul in Quincy, CA
From Inventory
- Picked and shipped from in stock inventory, a quantity of pig lead, to be used for lead counterweights, and sold to a company in Narragansett, RI
- Nuclead picked and shipped from in stock inventory; scrap lead for maintenance use of steel fencing and grave stones at a cemetery in Watertown, MA
- We picked and shipped from in stock inventory: Lead Wool in 5# waterproof bags. Sold to a propeller manufacturer in New Zealand.
- Nuclead also leased 1,500# of lead ingot to a Medical device manufacturer in Littleton, MA. The lead Ingots were required by Engineers that are developing a new X-ray machine and need lead ingots were preferred, for lead counterweights during prototyping. The lead is simply stacked up as counter weight. The lead ingots will not move, nor be destroyed or modified in any way. The lease terms were for a minimum of 3 months.
