Custom Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricated and shipped pure musket lead ingots. Sold to an ammunition supplier in McHenry, IL
- Fabricate and ship, pure lead pipe these will be used for lead shielding purposes. Sold to an electrical distributor in Benicia, CA
- Fabricated and shipped 11/16″ diameter solid pure lead bar stock. Sold a machine shop in Cincinnati, OH for its own value added services.
- Fabricated and shipped 2″ lead gutter outlets; sold to a general contractor for a home restoration project in Hyde Park, MA
- Fabricated and shipped #4 Hardware Babbitt: Sold to an oil field OEM distributor and shipped to Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi
- Fabricated and shipped 50 pounds of lead solder. The solder alloy was 30% Tin / 70% Lead Extruded bar solder. Meter Bar, 1lb. per stick; Approx: 1/2″dia. x 12″. This was sold to an automobile body repair shop in Boonton, NJ
- Fabricated and shipped pure caulking lead; sold to a plumbing supply house in Avon, MA
- Fabricated and shipped lead caulking; sold to an OEM company in Woodridge, IL, to be used as a pure lead Babbitt.
- Fabricate and CNC machine per customer specified drawings; lead alloy seals to close tolerances and configurations for a valve company in Bloomfield, CT
- Fabricated and shipped3/8″ diameter solid pure lead wire. Sold to an Electrical distributor in Tucson, AZ
- Fabricated and shipped 1″ Lead Weathercaps T-caps; sold to a waterproofing company in Boston, MA
- Fabricated and shipped multi-item order for L3 Communications, Fusing and Ordnance Division. These lead items are CNC turned and CNC milled after the raw materials are extruded by one of Nuclead’s extrusion presses. The tolerances are extremely tight, and require complex configurations. This repeat order is the largest quantity that L3 has purchase from Nuclead to date.
- Fabricated and shipped #4 hardware Babbitt; sold to an oil drilling OEM in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Fabricated and shipped 5″ diameter pure lead bar stock. Sold to a Nitrogen manufacturer in Duncombe, IA
- Extruded and shipped 30Sn/70Pb round lead anodes; sold to a plating house in Thomaston, CT
