Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricate custom Lead brick: 1.75″ x 2.03″ x 4.44″ and sell to Sandford University for custom lead weights. To fit into a specific sized cavity.
- Fabricate special lead mold and Lead Cast Brick:3.00″ x 3.25″ x 16.00″ with varies holes and feature per customer blueprints. Sold to an elevator weight company in New Mexico.
- Extrude Lead round bar stock: 2.437 dia. x 120.00″ lg and paint lead to customer specifications. Sold and delivered to Mississippi State University for unknow purposes.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: 40′) spool(s).; “Type A” = Flat cap; Delivered to a restoration company in Pennsylvania for a lead flashing project to repair historic concrete building joints and seams. T-caps are a soft lead strip, when set and bedded, form a t-cap which assures a permanent elastic seal for any masonry joint. After installation, Nuclead t-caps surface oxidizes rapidly to a dead neutral grey which blends with masonry, but can also be painted if specifications require. They also resist mold. Nuclead T-caps are a perfect solution to your restoration and stone work needs.
- Extrude Lead pipe: 1.00″ id x 1/4″ wall x 60.00″ and sold to a manufacturing machine shop in Pennsylvania of their own value-added service.
- Lead extrusion of Lead Seam Filler Tape for Corners, Utility, Cut-outs &/or Flat seams: 1/16″ x 1.75″ x 25 lbs. (Approx. 45’/coil). The lead for sale was delivered to a general contractor in Illinois for installation of a radiation departments lead walls to prevent radiation leaking.
- Provide custom lead flashing: 1/32″ x 48.00″ x 291.00″: This Will Call order was received by a local general contractor in Vermont that required the large lead flashing for special installation and requirements for large chimneys.
- Laminate lead: 0.010″ Lead foil with black vinyl laminated to one side and PSA with release paper on the other @ 4.00″ wide x 30′ long. Sold to a medical OEM in Vermont for construction of their X-ray panels. The Nuclead Lead products are used as x-ray protection.
- Manufacture Lead wire: 5/8″ dia. x 25 lb. spools. Sold to an exporter which will be Dispatched to Costa Rica for unknown purposes.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: 40′) spools. A Local Massachusetts company required the lead products for sale by Nuclead for stone flashing of a local state parks boundary wall.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: The lead products for sales destination was to a restoration company in New Jersey. This firm is using the lead items for wall restoration of an old county building.
- Extrude Lead wire: 1/2″ Dia. x 50 lb. spools. (Approx. 600″) and deliver to a specialty wire distribution company in California. These Nuclead lead items are for resale to unknown customers.
From Inventory
- Sold rolled lead (1.50#) 0.024″ x 48.00″ x 240.00″; Re-roll lead mill fabricated product onto one solid fiber core. These lead soundproofing materials are used for many different government sub-contractor applications were lead sound proofing is required and specified.
- Pick Virgin Pure Lead Pig ingots, approx. 40#-70# ingots (approx. size: 3.00″ x 3.00″ x 18.00″, loaf shape). Sold to an oil and gas company that makes industrial cable for harsh operation environments. The Nuclead lead ingots must be provided and certified to 99.99% or greater. Upon approval, Nuclead will be awarded many leads inventory order because of its capability to provide the purest lead ingots on the market today.
- Pick and ship Pure lead Pig ingots, approx. 40#-70# ingots (approx. size: 3.00″ x 3.00″ x 18.00″, loaf shape). Sold to a marina in Florida as sailboat ballast. Nuclead provides ship ballast, boat ballast and all watercraft ballast for per US Coast Guard specifications.
