Custom Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricate and ship per customer blueprints. Lead radiation protection items. Sold to a military facility in Florida for a research and development project. The experiment supposed to measure radiation for different sized lead shields provided over the course of three orders this past summer; and last week.
- Fabricate and ship per customer blueprints. Lead radiation protection tunnels. This system is a prototype for a Worldwide LTL carrier used to scan packages from terrorist threats. NDA’s prevent disclosure in any details, but if approved, several annual blanket orders will follow.
- Fabricate and ship several sizes, configurations and quantities of lead shielding materials. Sold to Honeywell for installation in a national nuclear site for radiation protection installation.
- Fabricate and ship “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges lead bricks: 2″ x 3″ x 10”; Sold to a Boatyard in Massachusetts for ballast repair.
- Fabricate and ship 3/8″ diameter pure lead wire, and spooled on to 50lb spools. Sold to a building contractor in Arizona for re-sale.
- Fabricate and ship: .010″ Lead foil x 40′ long; applied with Pressure sensitive tape to one side and black vinyl laminated to the other. Sold to a medical OEM in Vermont.
- Fabricate and ship .005″ lead foil. Sold to an oil drilling company and shipped to their Oklahoma plant.
- Fabricate and ship: Solid lead round bar stock: 3.50″ diameter. Sold to a Tool & Die company in Pennsylvania for its own value added services.
- Fabricate and ship 1/2″ thick lead washers. Second release this year to a distribution company in Maryland.
- Fabricate and ship 2″ wide lead weathercap, T-caps. Sold to a general contractor in Canada used as stone flashing of a restoration project.
- Fabricate and ship 1.50″ wide lead weathercap, T-caps. Sold to a general contractor in Maryland used as stone flashing of large restoration project. This is the third release within two months required for this customer.
- Fabricate and ship 3.50″ diameter pure lead round bar stock per ASTM-B29. Sold to a Tool and die shop for their own value added services.
- Fabricate and ship special, 4.75″ lead flashing. Shipped to a building wholesaler in Pennsylvania
- Fabricate and ship second resent release of 1″ lead weathercap T-caps. Sold to a general contractor in New York for a restoration project.
From Inventory
Also, we have one of the largest lead products inventories in the USA, we are able to ship many items from stock, for example
- Cut .020″ lead foil to customer specification for their production punch die operation. Tolerance of +/- .002″ for the thickness must be maintained. Shipped to the customer plant in St. Louis, MN.
- Saw and ship Pure Lead sheeting per ASTM B749, L50049: Sold 670 sheets to a local machine shop for its own value added services.
- Cut to customer specifications: 1/16″ lead equivalency lead glass: Sold to a Property management company in Florida, to replace an existing broken glass.
- Pick and ship several orders from in stock inventory for Amazon Seller Central Store.
- Pick and ship from in stock inventory: Pure pig lead. Sold to a Ship repair company in Massachusetts for ship ballast.
- Pick and ship from in stock inventory: 5.50″ lead fit all plugs. Sold to Amazon Seller Central, and drop shipped to a customer in New Iberia, LA
- Cut and ship 8 mm x-ray lead glass. Sold to a medical distribution company in Missouri for re-sale
- Pick and ship from in stock inventory: 1/32″ x 96″ x 25′ lead shielding. Sold to a reseller in Michigan for use of radiation shielding to their end buyer.
