Fabricated Lead Products
- Nuclead Lead Tape: 0.090″ x 2.00″ x 25 lb. Spools, without PSA. Per customers Aerospace QC requirements. Nuclead produced theses lead items to meet a 1 year shelve life, with special packaging & labeling per the customer’s order and written specifications.
- Fabricate and deliver two tons of Lead Sheet Rock, 48.00″ x 96.00″:1/32″ Lead Sheeting, Bonded for installation purposes only, to; 1/2″ sheet rock. Exported lead items sold to an engineering firm in central America.
- CNC Mill AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: 1/16″ x 48.25″ x 60.25″. Deliver to a machine shop in Connecticut for part of a lead assembly they are putting together. The lead components have tolerances of +/- 0.002” all over. Nuclead is capable to hold these fussy tolerances with its expertise and equipment.
- Fabricate •Special non-stock/noncancelable or returnable item(s): Lead foil: 0.010″ (+/- 0.0005″) x 12.00″ x 50# per UNS L51121: Rolls must be from the same lot number and certified. These sophisticated government contractor items are finished per customers written specifications and delivered to their facility in Pennsylvania.
- Fabricate and ship 1.50″ Lead Gutter Outlets @ 50 PCs. /Carton. Sold to a national hardware store distributor for resale. The lead goosenecks are primarily used in restoration projects when wooden gutters are required.
- Pour and ship “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Sold this lead merchandise to a local marina for recreational sailboat ballast.
- Fabricate Special Lead foil: 0.005″ (+/- 0.0005″) x 12.00″ x 50# per UNS L51121 from the same lot number. These lead items for sale are certified and documented for a government sub-contractor as lead radiation shielding.
- Extrude Lead Pipe: 2.00″ ID x 0.100″ wall x 14.00″ length. Sold lead products to a research lab at a Canadian university in Saskatchewan.
- Cut Lead sheet: 1/32″ thick x 24.00″ x 48.00″. These lead items are special lead flashing components for a general contractor in New England.
- Extruded Special Lead pipe: 2.00″ id x 1/4″ wall x 61.00″ lg. this unique lead stock is bent to 10” radius x 90 degrees for a general contractor in North Carolina. The lead tubing will be installing through a 6” concrete wall on-site for special roof drainage.
- Cast Nuclead “Puritan” Brand, Pure Caulking Lead: Five count of Virgin 5# ingots. Set-up delivery to a plumbing supply house in New York for resale. The lead materials are used as lead caulk around waist pipe.

- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: 40′) spool(s). Deliver these lead goods to customers dock in New York for a restoration project in Port Washington.
- Provide more Free Samples: Ref: 12.00″ long of Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: Deliver to a regular customer that does restorations of government buildings in Washington DC.
- Pick and ship pure lead pig ingots, approx. 30# per QQ-L-171 Grade B. Sold and certified this lead product for a machine shop in California for their own value-added services.
- Cut special Lead flashing/roll: 1/24″ x 14.00″ x 240.00″. These special lead items were shipped to a chimney company in Virginia for a custom roof project around brick commercial chimneys.
- Pick pure lead Pig ingots, approx. 40#-70# ingots (approx. size: 3.00″ x 3.00″ x 18.00″, loaf shape) per ANSI/ASTM-B29-Grade B. Ship to a machine shop in California for their own value-added services.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 11/16″ wide x 1/2” joint depth x 25# (Ref: 60′) spool(s). The lead materials will be used for a restoration project on state buildings.
- Pick in-stock inventory Lead sheet: 3/32″ x 48.25″ x 291.00″. CNC machine to customer supplied blueprints holding tolerance as close as +/- 0.003”. Nuclead certified to all tolerances and specifications. Upon completion, lead items were shipped via UPS,
- Cut Lead Sheet per P/N: 0.025″ x 16.00″ x 20.00″. Shipped to an arsenal in New You’re for munition production. The lead materials were certified and documented for this government sub-contractors’ needs.
- Pick and ship 2″ Lead Gutter Outlets and delivered to construction company in Massachusetts. This company is using the lead materials with wooden gutters to keep an antique home authentic.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 25# spools. “Type A” = Flat cap; Per U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Historic Preservation Technical Procedures Codes. Dropped shipped to a general contractor work site in New York for historical restoration of government buildings. Another order was also delivered to another restoration company in New York.
- Cast Lead Bricks with square edges. This lead package had several sizes and quantities. It was sold and delivered to a precision machine company in Massachusetts for their own value-added services.
- Bend 2” Id lead pipe to customer blueprints and specifications. The lead tubing was custom fabricated
To go through 12” thick concrete walls with bends and radius callouts. - Fabricate Special Lead foil: 0.010″ (+/- 0.0005″ x 12.00″ x 60’ long per UNS L51121. All lead stock was manufactured with the same material lot per customers written order
- Fill cavity of customer supplied shielding box with Lead (Pb): 4.00″ x 4.00″ x 36.00″. The lead shielding will be manufactured and milled to customer blueprints and written specifications.
- Pick from Nuclead in-stock items, Pure lead Pig ingots, Approx. 40#-70# ingots (Approx. size: 3.50″ x 4.00″ x 22.00″, loaf shape). Sold to a yacht yard in Maryland for sailboat ballast.
